To create a change in the law which makes microchipping of dogs mandatory to help Bayer with their Microchipping devices business.
The solution
Create awareness and lobby via the creation of a white paper highlighting the issue of missing and stolen pets and offer solutions via a change in
legislation. Woking with many agencies from the Police, to the Kennel Club to Vets and political contacts. In addition placement of many case studies
in media both online, broadcast and print and creating a Parliamentary Reception (see attached)
The Result
Compulsary Microchipping became law April 6th 2016.
